EFF Supports Open Net’s legal challenge against mandatory upload filter

Electronic Frontier Foundation is filing the attached amicus brief in a constitutional challenge in which Open Net is representing the users of the internet in Korea whose video upload activities are mandatorily filtered through a hash blacklist database curated by an administrative online censorship body Korea Communication Standards Commission in January 2024.
