Open Net Won the Personal Information Disclosure Lawsuit against KT

Open Net General Counsel Kelly Kim won the lawsuit for the disclosure of her personal information against KT. The lawsuit was filed because KT denied full access to a user’s personal information they have collected. The trial court decided that telecoms should disclose all personal information to users including incoming call logs.
