Open Net held a press conference for “the Declaration of 330 Lawyers for the Abolition of Truth Defamation.” The lawyers condemned Article 307 ① and 309 ① of the Criminal Act and Article 70 ① of the Information and Communications Network Act as unconstitutional and demanded the politicians to enact the amendments abolishing truth defamation as soon as possible.
