Open Net Looking for Would-be Constitutional Complainants Prosecuted for Lending his Phone to Another

In the wake of a recent Supreme Court decision in September 2013 criminalizing a mobile phone subscriber’s act of letting another person use his phone, Open Net levels a constitutional challenge against the pertinent provision of the Telecommunications Business Act, and looks for a would-be petitioner in such challenge.
