Open Net submitted an Opinion to the National Human Rights Commission

In order to promote the freedom of expression and the freedom of anonymous expression regarding the Internet real name system, Open Net submitted an opinion to the National Human Rights Commission that suggests ways to improve the identity verification systems under the Information and Communications Network Act and the Public Official Elections Act.
