Open Net co-hosted “Disclosure of Court Decisions for Transparent Judicial Procedure” with MP MIN Byungdoo and KEUM Taesup. Open Net suggested bills that would enable the disclosure of all civil and criminal decisions to the public to MP Keum, and he proposed amendments to the Civil Procedure Act and the Criminal Procedure Act in March 2017. Open Net Executive Director KS Park gave a presentation on “Court Decision Disclosures in Other Countries and Data Protection Concerns.”
