Title: Policy Capacity Building and International Coalition Development for the Promotion of ICT Human Rights

Research Outline:

In 2013, Open Net carried out a research on Internet governance and ICT human rights and held related seminars as the secretariat for the Net Neutrality User Forum. The project was a part of human rights organization support program of the NHRCK (National Human Rights Commission of Korea).
